2. Mobile Service Requirements

Our services are performed on-site at the location provided by the client. To ensure safe and effective service delivery, the following conditions must be met:

  • Sufficient space to safely work around the vehicle

  • Access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

  • The vehicle must be free of excessive personal belongings

  • In certain cases, access to water and/or electricity may be required (unless otherwise specified)

If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to reschedule or decline service.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive areas prior to service.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing wear or defects

  • Failing parts or prior repairs

  • Improper installations or aftermarket accessories

5. Service Limitations

Our services focus on cleaning, enhancement, and protection, not repair.

Please note:

  • Deep stains, odors, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable

  • Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle

  • Certain conditions may require additional services or adjustments

6. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding the service performed, please notify us before the technician leaves or within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns related to the service provided.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking

  • Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, or service scope

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take all reasonable precautions, Grandett Auto Detailing is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Issues arising from previously damaged surfaces or materials

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service performed.

  • The client behaves inappropriately
