Mini Exterior Detail is lighter routine exterior maintenance — washing the exterior and attending to wheels, tires and glass. Wash & Wax covers that cleaning more comprehensively and then adds a wax or sealant step, so the finish is refreshed and temporarily protected.
Applied after the exterior is cleaned, it adds a temporary sacrificial layer that helps the paint shed dirt and water and improves gloss and overall presentation. It is a finish and protection step, not a permanent treatment.
No. Wash & Wax does not include paint correction, machine polishing, scratch removal or ceramic coating. Existing defects in the paint will still be present after the service; the finish will simply be clean, refreshed and protected.
Wax and sealant protection is temporary and depends on weather exposure, how the vehicle is stored, mileage and how often it is washed. Expectations for your specific vehicle are discussed during the quote process rather than promised in advance.
Yes. Wheels, tires and wheel wells are part of the Wash & Wax scope, along with exterior glass, drying and a tire finish.
Wash & Wax will clean and refresh the surface, but it cannot restore paint that is faded, oxidised or damaged. Grandett will review the exterior condition and tell you plainly what this service can and cannot change.
