Membership is a monthly maintenance plan for eligible vehicles. It provides recurring professional interior and exterior maintenance so your vehicle stays consistently maintained instead of waiting until heavy buildup requires deeper restorative work.

Each visit is a routine interior and exterior maintenance service: vacuuming accessible areas, mats, seats, normal loose debris, dashboard, console, cup holders, door panels, and steering wheel — plus foam pre-wash, contact wash, wheels and tires, tire shine, windows, and door jambs.

Every Membership visit is primarily a routine interior and exterior maintenance service. When your detailer identifies a specific localized area that needs a little extra attention, Grandett may address that need during the visit at no additional charge when it can reasonably be completed within the scheduled service. This occasional benefit does not turn every Membership visit into a full Premium Detail. Extensive corrective or restorative work may require a separate approved service.

No. A Membership visit is a maintenance visit, not a full Premium Detail. Occasional localized extra attention may be included when it can reasonably be handled within the scheduled service.

Your detailer identifies the need, explains it, and Grandett recommends or quotes the appropriate additional service. Work is only performed after you approve it.

Plan 2 includes two Maintenance Visits per paid monthly cycle: Primary Vehicle — $230/month, Additional Vehicle — $170/month. Plan 4 includes four Maintenance Visits per paid monthly cycle: Primary Vehicle — $319.99/month, Additional Vehicle — $239.99/month. Applicable sales tax may apply. Membership pricing is based on plan frequency and vehicle role — not Sedan-versus-SUV pricing.

Plan 4 provides 4 Membership maintenance visits per paid monthly cycle, generally scheduled approximately weekly. Primary Vehicle is $319.99/month and an Additional Vehicle is $239.99/month.

The first vehicle enrolled in your Membership relationship. It is billed at the Primary Vehicle rate for the plan you choose.

Another eligible vehicle enrolled under the same Membership relationship at the applicable Additional Vehicle rate. Each vehicle keeps its own visits, schedule, service history, condition, and Vehicle Care Record. Visits are not shared or transferred between vehicles.

Yes. Every newly enrolled Membership vehicle completes Grandett Premium Interior Detailing before its first Membership activation. Approved Membership applicants receive 10% off that required entry service. The Premium Interior entry service is billed separately from recurring Membership.

Yes. Approved Membership applicants receive 10% off the required Premium Interior Detailing entry service. The discount applies to that service only and does not reduce the recurring Membership rate.

After Grandett reviews your application, the required Premium Interior Detailing service is completed, and Grandett confirms the vehicle meets the Maintenance-Ready standard. You then choose Plan 2 or Plan 4 and complete Membership enrollment.

Plan 2 visits are generally scheduled approximately every two weeks and Plan 4 visits approximately weekly. Exact appointment timing depends on confirmed Grandett scheduling and availability.

No. Membership visits are tied to the enrolled vehicle and to the paid monthly cycle, are non-transferable between vehicles, and are not rolled over indefinitely. Unused visits expire according to their applicable service window.

Yes. Membership begins with a 3-month minimum commitment.

You may cancel any time — there is no notice period. Cancellation is prospective: your Membership stays active through the cycle you have already paid for and then ends, with no prorated refunds. If you cancel inside the 3-month minimum commitment, a one-time early cancellation fee applies — $230 in month 1, $150 in month 2, $75 in month 3, and $0 once the minimum commitment is complete. After the initial 3-month minimum commitment, eligible Members may request a Temporary Hold of 1 or 2 billing cycles, with a maximum of 2 Hold months within a rolling 12-month period. During an approved Hold, recurring Membership billing and recurring Membership service are both suspended according to the Membership Terms.

With 24 or more hours' notice, rescheduling is free. A first late cancellation or customer no-show results in a warning. A second results in a $35 fee owed. A third makes the Membership eligible for cancellation at the end of the applicable paid cycle following Owner review — it is not cancelled automatically.

Grandett serves Nashville and surrounding areas within the Membership service zone. Availability is confirmed during application review.

No. New and existing customers are welcome to apply. Being an existing customer does not skip the Premium Interior entry service — every vehicle completes it before its first Membership activation.

Recurring Membership visits are scheduled after the required Premium Interior Detailing service is completed and Grandett confirms the vehicle is Maintenance-Ready. The Premium Interior service is scheduled first.
