Descriptions are written to help you choose a suitable service level; they are not a guarantee of a specific outcome on a specific vehicle. Submitting a quote request through this website does not automatically create or confirm a service appointment. A quote request gives Grandett the information needed to review your situation and respond.

Grandett may follow up with questions, may recommend a different service level than the one requested, and is not obligated to accept every request.

A service is scheduled only when Grandett and the customer have confirmed it directly, including the service selected, the vehicle, and the agreed time and location. Until that confirmation happens, a website submission remains a request. Any specific scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation arrangements are handled in that direct communication.

Pricing shown on service pages reflects the service as described. The price applicable to a particular vehicle may depend on factors such as:

• The vehicle's current condition.

• The scope of work actually required.
• Any additional requirements confirmed with you in advance.

Where the required scope differs from what was originally described, Grandett will discuss it with you before proceeding rather than changing the scope unilaterally.
